Celebration of Learning
Thank you to all of the parents and family members who were able to come to our Celebration of Learning on Monday afternoon. The students loved performing for you on stage and enjoyed sharing their learning with you back in class. Everyone was very supportive during our final 1km of the Rod Dixon Marathon. Many of the kids in our class have been wearing their medals each day to school.
Here is a photo of Eriko. She was very proud to run the entire 1km and was very determined and fast. Her mother was very surprised by her effort!

School Cross Country
A big congratulations to the children in Piwakawaka and Kakapo for running the school cross country in week 4! Mrs Howley and I were very impressed by how brave and determined you all were to run the whole 1km course. You did very well for your first school cross country!

The Gingerbread Man
The woman baked a cookie. It escaped from the oven. It said "Run, run as fast as you can". The fox tricked the cookie. The fox also ate him up.
